National Bestie Day Giveaway - Instagram | Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry and can visit one of our three salon locations on the Gold Coast, Sydney, or Brisbane. Employees of The Straightening Salon, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
   • Follow The Straightening Salon on Instagram @thestraighteningsalon
   • Make sure your Best Friend you tag is also following @thestraighteningsalon
   • Like the giveaway post.
   • Tag your best friend you would love to celebrate in the comments section AND share why you appreciate them on the pinned giveaway announcement post. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must tag a different friend.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway starts on the 7th June 2024 and ends at 7am on the 17th June 2024.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on the 17th June 2024.
5. Prize: One winner will receive a complimentary treatment of choice for two people (your tagged best friend). Treatments include either a semi-permanent or permanent. Both treatments do not need to be redeemed at the same salon location. The prize must be redeemed by 17th June 2025.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days after the draw. The winner must respond within 30 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, another winner will be selected.
7. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The treatment appointment is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of The Straightening Salon, which are final and binding in all respects. The Straightening Salon reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
9. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the course of the giveaway will be used in accordance with The Straightening Salon’s Privacy Policy.
